Welcome to the Crowd Campaign


Here are some general ROEs

- Collaborate to succeed, reach out to the crowd to source your inputs and ideas

- In order for this crowd campaign to succeed contributions to the posts should contain
  - consistent content/analysis (i.e commenting, reviewing, following)
  - consistent and meaningful contribution to development of COAs
  - analysis of possible 2nd and 3rd order effects

The first steps...
- Develop your steering team
  - POC
  - Moderators
  - Admin
  - Speaker
  - Writer
  - SMEs 
  - etc....

The development of your product should follow the following stages
- Stage 1: Problem Framing
- Stage 2: Focus points/COG development
- Stage 3: COA development
- Stage 4: Campaign Planning 
- Continuos Process: Development of BBP and Presentation 


Your Timeline (may change)
- 22 Jun (ED 13): Presentation to SOC/CC
- 30 Jun (ED19): Follow-up Presentation to SOC/CC
- 1 Jul (ED 20): Final BBP/Presentation Turn-in NLT 2359
- 6 Jul (ED 21): Presentation to AETC/CC and AU/CC
- 7 Jul (ED 22): Presentation to SOS Students
- 7 Jul (ED 22): Final Paper Turn in (if required)

What are the possible COAs to build or effect the elements that would help build a framework for an AU X Prize?

Your COAs should be 
- Adequate
- Realistic
- Feasible
- Distinguishable
- Complete
